I am the Office Manager at Van Ameyde & Wallis and would just like to express our thanks to two of your employees… They have finally repaired our broken Air-con system which has not worked properly for a period of at least a year.

We have suffered a stiflingly hot office for as long as I can remember and I have spent many hours reporting these problems to the landlord to no avail.
Your two employees will explain the lengthy process of elimination they went through over a 2 week period to put the system back into full working order. If something didn’t work they would move on to something else, not giving up till the problem was resolved. It is now a very pleasant temperature which we now have control over and can vary around the office. It is not often you find someone that takes so much trouble to satisfy the customer.
Bill and Perry were great please pass on our gratitude, both were extremely polite, hard working and very considerate to the staff working in the office at the time.
