NDS worked alongside Phoenix as the mechanical contractor, for the full Design, Build,
and Construction of additional infrastructure and IT comms rooms for 3 number 10 storey buildings located in the Aldwych Quarter, on the Strand in London. NDS were responsible for the installation of air conditioning systems on this project.

These existing 1920s (ex BBC) buildings house existing systems, as Kings College London took over they wanted to maximise occupancy and add additional backbone infrastructure works to accommodate this.

New services included additional plant and risers for each building, associated with new chillers, boilers, AHUs, DX, Essential Busbar, tap offs, BMS, external generator connection points.

This was a fast track project and was completed in a tight 16 week programme, with all the design team working together to achieve the common goal.
