NDS Design New Steelwork Platform at Medius House

NDS were recently given the task by our client, Yorke Properties, to design a new steelwork platform in the lightwell of Medius House.

Phase 1 – NDS had to have the platform fabricated, we then installed it on site.

Phase 2 – NDS had to provide temporary cooling to the clients’ offices.

Phase 3 – To decommission the units, plant move them to the basement area and lift on to the new platform. NDS then had to reconnect and commission the units. Condensate drip trays were installed under the condensers.
